How do you handle FAS 123R/ASC 718?
EASi offers a complete FAS 123R/ASC 718 solution addressing all the Valuation, Expensing, Corporate Tax, Dilution
and Disclosure requirements. Since our tool enables collaboration, you can give your finance partners
access to the system so they can pull all the reports that they need. Our collaborative model makes it easy
for Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, HR, Plan Participants and any outside partners to get controlled access
via the Internet to any of the information they need which saves you time.
Do you support the new SEC disclosures around executive compensation?
At present we provide all disclosure that's required for executive compensation except performance award
detail. We will be looking at adding the performance award capability in the fall.
How hard is it to switch from my existing system?
To simplify conversion, we lead you through a proven implementation methodology. We use data templates
to format information to meet our system requirements. Data conversion can be done in one of two ways.
We have resources available to guide you through the process that you handle in-house or we can refer you to
one of our strategic partners that has successfully migrated other customers to EASi to handle the conversion
for you. We are also developing an automated data extraction capability for direct system-to-system conversion.
How do you handle uploads from HRIS and payroll systems?
EASi was designed to easily import and export information between our system and the leading
HRIS and payroll systems.
Can you track mobility of participants?
Absolutely. Our mobility tracking capability is robust and comprehensive. We track over 20 items e.g.,
geographic location, department, section, branch, employment status, etc., to properly account for
any change of status or move.
What kind of activity reports can you generate?
EASi reporting is comprehensive, robust, and fast. We provide more than 200 standard reports covering
all award types with highly flexible sorting and filtering capabilities. More specifically, we have about
30 activity reports that display awards granted, awards outstanding and transactions. You can also view
options forfeited and expense accrual reports. You can filter our reports based on a variety of

What level of employee self service do you enable?
With our employee portal, stock plan administrators can partially offload employee inquiry, execution,
and settlement recording with your broker of choice. Plan participants are able to view grant information,
model exercise scenarios and exercise their shares with company designated brokers. The system provides
electronic transfer agent notification and calculates taxable gain and related tax items in real time. Access
to the employee website is included when we implement our product for public companies.
Do you support Employee Stock Purchase Plans?
Yes, EASi makes is possible to log in via the Internet, change contribution amounts, and change contribution
enrollment status. ESPP participants can also review past purchases and check their plan balance. We also
revalue the grants whenever any modifications are made.
